If your product is damaged upon delivery, you have 30 calendar days to return the product, starting from the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following demands:
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund once our inspection is done
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In case you want to replace the damaged product with another one (it can be either the same product or another product of the similar or lower price), please send us a photo of such replacing product you are interested in together with the photo of the damaged product. If the price of the replacing product is lower than the price of the damage one, we will initiate a refund of the balance as described above.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or replacing your product. In case we found your refund claim correct, we will reimburse the cost of the return shipping as long as you supply us with a scanned copy of the shipping invoice. Please note that Carrier (Dhl, Ups, Tnt etc.) return shipping will not reimburse and only registered post shipping will be reimbursed. In any other case Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
